Meeting Monday April 27th and News
Mr. Andrew Dausch, a doctoral candidate and instructor here on campus will be coming to speak to the club.
Officer election for fall '09 will be held on the May 11th with nominations to be turned in the two meeting prior. You can find the nomination from at the bottom of the blog. Members may run for all positions but the Current President, Treasurer and Secretary will be running again. The Positions are President, Vice-President, Treasurer Secretary and Public Relations.
There is now a new tentative date for the Veterans History project May 7th, also a time and place the Amherst History Museum (on Amity Street) from 9-3pm. If you where at the original planning meeting we do have that list but anyone else who is interested in helping out please send us an email to umasshistoryclub@gmail.com. You will not need to volunteer for the whole day we are planning in running shifts.
