Treasurer Elections and Constitutional Convention

Hello Everyone,

A reminder that our next meeting Monday, October 5th is both the date of the election for Treasurer and our Constitutional Convention. The election will be held first. Candidates will give brief speeches then answer club members questions. After which ballots will be cast and tallied. Once the election is complete the Constitutional Convention will begin. Debates will be held on all the articles and any desired amendments will be made. You can find a copy of the draft Constitution at the bottom of the blog.

Hope to see you all there,

The professor chat on the 28th with Prof. Appy was both interesting and very enjoyable. He discussed memorable interviews from his book Patriots, the process of collecting oral history, the purpose and focus of his book and other topics related to the Vietnam War and Oral History.
The club would like to extend our deepest thanks to him and hope that he will speak to the club again in the future.
